These terms apply to all quotations issued and orders accepted by Pastel Bloom Ltd, including orders placed through this website.
Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to confirmation.
Orders must be confirmed in writing. Changes to approved orders must be agreed upon in writing and may affect pricing and delivery timelines.
A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance payable upon delivery. Procurement or production commences upon receipt of the deposit and approval of specifications. Credit facilities are exceptional and require prior written approval, with agreed credit limits and payment periods.
Products will be supplied according to approved specifications, including fabric, colour, size, design, embroidery and branding. Clients must approve relevant specifications and artwork before production.
Delivery timelines depend on stock availability, production schedules and agreed arrangements. Delivery charges and other applicable costs will be indicated in the quotation.
Clients should report shortages, visible defects or discrepancies in writing within three working days of delivery. This does not limit statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations require written communication and are subject to agreed terms and applicable law. Custom-made, branded or specially procured items are not returnable solely due to a change of mind, except where otherwise agreed or required by law. Reasonable costs incurred on approved orders may be recoverable following cancellation, subject to applicable law.
Products must be maintained according to the care instructions provided. Applicable warranties will be specified in the quotation or accompanying documentation. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Ownership passes to the client upon full payment, to the extent permitted by law. Risk passes in accordance with agreed delivery arrangements and applicable law.
Applicable taxes, transport, installation, embroidery and branding charges will be specified where applicable. Additional charges require prior agreement.
Neither party may use the other’s name, logo or branding for promotional purposes without prior written permission, except as otherwise agreed or required by law.
Amendments must be agreed upon in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Parties shall endeavour to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing available legal remedies.
Website prices are shown including 16% VAT. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay, and a VAT invoice is issued for every order. Ready-stock online orders are paid in full at checkout; custom and bulk orders follow the deposit terms above.
